The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The returns was quick, efficient and hassle free. English speaking staff, human contact and UK based was critical to placing an order with Lighthub. The lighting product was well made although I think 4mm bezels for downlights is too thick and not stylish. The white bezel was always out of stock. I would suggest Lighthub remove the 4mm thick bezel range and offer instead a better priced pro series 2mm thick range.
