The colours are very difficult to compare against the scale on the tub. The Chlorine level is particularly difficult to decipher. If you took it at face value youd end up shoving way too much chlorine in Compared with 2 other testing strips from competing brands which both read the chlorine was at correct levels but this kit indicated that the level was far too low.
