It a fluval fx6 need I say more , I have one allready so I had to pick up another could not beat the price. I already had the hose and valves so it was ready to go once I got it. Totally satisfied ,thank you

Great filter. For the past 10 years, Ive had to use two Fluval 406 filters till now. Easy set up, great auto priming system. Smooth runing. No issues. Buy this.

I set it up as soon as it arrived. I needed a better filter than my 3yr old Cascade 1200 canister for my 60g freshwater tank. It was easy to assemble, and I didnt really need the instructions. However, the manufacturer decided it was a wise idea to NOT put the oringseal on the canisters lid, which I didnt realize until turning it on and having water spew all over my living room. If this should have been a step to do, they should have stated so in the instructions. You have to cut the plastic hose yourself, which isnt a huge deal, but it sucks that its plastic, as its fragile. Mine came with a large hole in it.. And yet another setback causing water to spew all over myself and my living room. After holding a hole for 20min while my husband went to Lowes to get something to seal it with, it was finally up and running without leaks.. Runs great, but I wish the intake cover had smaller holes so it wouldnt suck up my tiny fish, snails, and shrimp. I just used a mesh bag to cover it. Overall, excellent filter if it doesnt have holes or parts not preinstalled as it should.
