Cannot speak highly enough of these.I anticipated an inflatable kayak to be unsteady on the water, slow, and burst within the first few trips.Ive had these kayaks for around 4 years now and I can honestly say they have been the best investment ever. They are light, agile, incredibly stable and durable. Ive paddled these over rocks, been hit by big canoes and they just keep going. The only word of warning Id say Id becareful leaving them inflated and in strong sunlight and also make sure they are dry before packing up.Theres absolutely no point getting a normal kayak because these do everything you need them to.If they were to make one improvement though it would be more foot room, I have size 12 feet so it does get a little cramped down in the footwell.

A great buy wish I bought two when price was lower.About 10mins from car to water so easy to inflate.A couple of tips.1. Use the pump upside down this works better amp less flimsy.2. Dont over inflate the seat I found it kept me to high amp unstable.Shame the bag it comes in is worthless fell to bits after first use but got around by using an ikea blue bag to store it.

Just purchased this for the great price of 69 ready to get on the water again in Spring 2018. Have inflated it indoors and very impressed. Easy to inflate with the two boston valves and comes with a comfortable seat, paddle, pump that works well and even repair patches. Not easy to get it back in the bag it comes with but as long as I can get it in and out of a car boot thats all I need. The real test will be to see how durable it is. Only intend to use it on still non shallow water on the canal or lakes so hopefully will last The cycle of inflatingdeflating and foldingunfolding will in time Im sure compromise the structure but at the price I paid for it if I get a couple of years or so use out of it I will be happy Looking forward to getting on the water in this beauty I didnt feel the need for the insertable foot rest that comes with it as it cramps the legs in the kayak. I also did not inflate the bottom of the seat and tucked it in behind the backrest as I felt you were too high up in the kayak otherwise.

This kayak is currently with me on a weekend break to Scotland. The first morning I set my alarm for 6.30am, on a Saturday What could persuade me to get out of bed before 10 on a weekend This kayak, waiting for me in the boot of the car. I carried it easily down to the waters edge of Loch Etive, the tough bag it comes in large enough to fit in a few extra bits and pieces as well as the kayak, pump and paddle.Because its not a tight fit in the bag, unpacking on the rocks by the water was simple. Fearing the handpump would take most of the morning, I got to work. The kayak was fully inflated in a flash, ready to go with very little actual effort. The paddle clipped together easily, with an adjustable angle on one paddle end for people who know much more about kayaking than I do.Hoisting the kayak under one arm to take it to the waters edge, it was a manageable yet comforting weight. It handled being wriggled awkwardly into admirably being fairly wide, it feels lovely and stable. The only thing left was to paddle out and enjoy the gorgeous Scottish summer day.Right now as I type Im waiting impatiently for the sun to come up just a little more so I can take this kayak back to the water. Loch Etive opens to the sea and has its own small colony of seals. Lets see if I can find them Under 70 to get out onto the water wherever you go Well worth it.

Used this Kayak for the first time yesterday on the River Dart in Devon, fantastic kayak, all fits into a neat bag for transportation, take 1015 minutes to set up but quick to inflatedeflate perfect for the Summer

Very good product I borrowed a friends, and then immediately brought one as I loved it so much My only slight annoyance is that one of the pushpins in the paddles was missing, and Amazon cant replace just the pushpin, so they had to send me a whole new kayak, so QC from the factory could be better, and I would advise anyone who orders this product to fully check everything when they receive the kayakThe bag that ships with the kayak does require some witchcraft to fit the kayak back in after you have inflated it, but once you have squeezed it back in, everything fits in there well

OK so I am 5 foot and quite weak so I was really keen to know if I could cope with this on my own yes, very easilyAs Im so short when it comes to leg room its not an issue at all, theres loads for me probably not so much if youre a super model.Set up takes less than 10 minutes and the valve system is brilliant, the small upper valve is to inflate then you just undo the larger lower valve and it deflates really fast, I had to get someone to help me undo that though because this was my first paddle in years and my arms were like limp noodles but I managed it fine on the test inflate in my flat yesterday.Oh yes, before you get to the water do a test run so you know where all the bits go and make sure everythings in working order before youve schlepped all the way to the water.Inflated and folded in the bag this is really easy to carry and like I said, I am a little wimp. However I only carried it short distances, I wouldnt be able to do anything over tough terrain or further than a couple of hundred yards.On the water it was a bit flighty at first and though I had a few wobbles it was actually really stable and I felt very safe I forgot to use the little fin on the bottom so its probably easier with that I went out on the sea and it was pretty calm but I wouldnt use this in choppy water, oh and I got a life vest too because you never knowStorage wise this is no problem to fit in my car, I have a citroen c1 which is tiny, the boot is smaller than some suitcases though I did have to take the paddle into three pieces to fit in my boot but the kayak in the bag, paddle and my life vest all fit in no problem along with my other stuff and took up about half the boot.I hope this helps, honestly this is a brilliant purchase and I am over the moon with itUpdate so today I went out and actually attached the little fin skeg to the bottom and the difference was incredible, it handled so much better Also, Ive just ordered a spare pump because while I was inflating it today the handle flew off luckily it was easy to fix but I realised what a pain it would be if I didnt have a spare and it broke completely and a paddle tether because it would also be a pain if I dropped my paddle while bobbing about on the bay and it bobbed off without me.Happy paddlingFurther update used twice and on the third time I was out on the sea and the bottom section wouldnt stay inflated, I cant find any punctures so am really baffled about why this happened However, this happened within the return window and Amazon being brilliant just arranged a replacement with no fuss or anything so I am still really happy with this product
